Newborn shoots remind me just how fast the newborn days go. It feels like just yesterday Tate was this tiny-but anyone who has met him knows he was only this little for all of five minutes before he chunked up! I look back at my own photos from when we first brought Tate home. They are some of my all time favorites, and it's such an honor to be able to capture these moments for my clients.
So when Jessica reached out to me about traveling to College Station to take newborn photos of her family, I had to say yes! First, newborn lifestyle portraits are my favorite, but second, it was going to be my first time to College Station. I've lived in Texas for over five years and have yet to make it to the home of A&M, despite having so many die hard A&M friends.
It was a gloomy day, and we were worried about the light and how dark it may be. But Jessica, Brian and Wesley killed it! Wesley was so adorable, there was so much love to go around, and this is one of my favorite newborn sessions so far.
